Officially 8 Months Old!

This weekend Cameron cut two new teeth. So far they are only coming in twos, and we have continued to be lucky and he does not show any signs of teething! He now has 4 teeth on top and 2 on the bottom. He's turning into a really good eater. We have stopped using baby food and have just started feeding him whatever we are eating. The only thing he hasn't quite figured out yet is that he needs to swallow what he has in his mouth (or stop choking on the food he has shoved in) before he puts more in.

We've been doing LOTS of tummy time and trying to get Cameron to start crawling. The last few days he has figured out how to get up on his hands & knees and start rocking. That's about the extent of it. Won't be long I'm sure. He's also started bouncing ALL THE TIME! Anytime he is sitting up he is trying to bounce.

Last night we pulled out his Joe Dirt wig...fits him better now. He actually left it on for quite a while. Then today we got his pool out and spent some time in the sunshine. We bought him a swim shirt to protect his skin from the sun...he's a little surfer boy now! Since he's able to sit up on his own now he likes his pool a lot more. There were a few face dives today, but they don't seem to phase him one bit.
