Finally made it back to Springs Preserve to see the new Nevada State Museum. It was a hit with Cameron because they had stuffed animals and wolly mammoth bones. At first he was a little nervous to take a picture with it. Then he got way into the pictures and wanted one with everything we saw. They also had a NASA exhibit...not as impressed. He is so into outter space too so we were bummed it wasn't better. Planetarium will be next. This was Daddy's first trip to Springs Preserve with us so Cameron got to show him all around.
These lips were a sucker from Valentine's Day. A cute story. Every night there are always hugs, kisses & eskimos still before bed time. Has always been that way and continues to be that way. One day David told Cameron that when he got bigger he wouldn't want to give hugs and kisses anymore. Cameron assured us he would never be too old. Now he will randomly say "Don't worry even when I'm big I will still give you hugs, kisses, and eskimos ok?".
And now some pictures of Cameron and Melia. In most of these they were "playing ghost". This is one of Cameron's favorite things. You just put a blanket over your head...sometimes while you try to walk around. During one session he actually walked into a pillar and got a nice bruise/goose egg on his head.
Then one final funny story. Cameron still hates getting water in his face. Bath times are a big deal especially when he needs to have his hair washed. The other day David got water in his face. Every time this happens we try to say "it's not a big deal" and get him over it. David told him "I was so proud of you because when we got water in your eyes you didn't cry...see it wasn't a big deal right? We don't sweat the small stuff". Cameron's response was "No it's not a big deal, but I do sweat the small stuff."
